CarFest Discount - Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter
The promoter is Away Resorts Ltd, of The Maylands Building, 200 Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead HP2 7TG (“we”/“us”).
2. The discount code
Use code CARFEST15 at checkout to receive up to 15% off an Away Resorts holiday, subject to the exclusions in clause 7.
3. New bookings
The offer applies to new bookings only, made between 28 August 2026 and 1 November 2026, for stays between 1 November 2026 and 31 December 2027. A “new booking” means a booking made for the first time during the booking window, it does not include existing bookings, or bookings cancelled and remade to use the code.
4. What the discount applies to
The discount applies to the accommodation cost only. It does not apply to extras (for example linen, entertainment passes or pet charges) or to any booking fee. The discount is applied to the total accommodation cost at the time of booking; deposits and balance payments are calculated on the discounted price.
5. Discount amount
The discount available may vary depending on the park, accommodation, dates and duration selected, and may be less than 15%. For example, a 15% discount is available on a 4-night stay at Retallack Resort, arriving 1 February 2027, in 4 Berth Barn (example last updated 17 July 2026 but this may be refreshed during the offer period). Prices and availability are subject to change.
6. Eligibility
One use per booking. The lead booker must be aged 18 or over.
7. Exclusions
The offer excludes: Kenwick Park, Piperdam, Woodland Lakes, Kenwick Hotel and Boston Hotel.
8. Other offers
The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotional code.
9. No cash value
The code has no cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else.
10. Availability
All bookings are subject to availability.
11. Amended bookings
There is no guarantee that an amended booking will retain the up to 15% discount applied to the original booking. The discount will only be honoured on an amended date where the amendment is made to another eligible stay booked while the promotion remains active. This is a specific circumstance and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
12. Withdrawal and amendments
We may withdraw this offer at any time, and may amend these terms where necessary for legal or regulatory reasons. Withdrawal or amendment will not affect bookings already made using the code.
13. Standard booking terms
All bookings are subject to our standard booking terms and conditions, available at Terms and Conditions | Away Resorts. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
